The PackRight Security Cable Lock will help ensure that your carrier stays on your vehicle. To release the cable hold the button on the right that is mid-ways down while pulling the cable. To pull the cable - tug on the antenna looking piece on the left side of the lock. The lock is made .with a 35" retractable steel cable that adjusts to the exact length that you require. The cable closes into a combination lock with 3 tumblers that you set to your choice of numbers. Run the cable through the side handles, plastic d-rings, zipper pulls, and luggage rack to secure your carrier to the vehicle.
